the textures for the face and shoes were basically necessary and i find that they bring out a lot of detail, im sure theres a good medium point between the two

lower poly version, this one barely squeezed by at 199 tris but i think the shape is still there and the textures carry some of the detail

this model is 380 tris without any elbows or knees, im gonna try a challenge where i do one with under 200, then another under 100 tris to see how low i can get it while still looking good
