In addition, the current GOP seems to think health care and food should only go to some deserving group of people and that, they, the GOP, are the only ones who know the key code to the gate of deservingness.

The thing about the current Republican Party is that they would sacrifice 999 people to catch the 1 person they feel is gaming the system.

Democrats give that one person some benefit of doubt and are happy that 999 people get the services they need.

The house has passed a ban on coverage of gender care for all ages under Medicaid, CHIP and ACA plans. I don't know what to say to anyone this morning other than that the hundreds of thousands of people who are about to lose access to the care they need to stay alive deserve better than silence.

Another example is mammogram - we stop routine mammo at 75 or whenever the patients life expectancy is no longer >10 years . A man's expectancy in the USA is approx 76/77 but a woman's is a higher . procedures from false positives /positives that wont treat that late in life drive the guidelines
