Visible Health Morning Stability of 3 out of 5 - Slightly out of balance

Woke up full of energy after a quite active day-off yesterday (although I did stay within my 'Energy Envelopes' for #VisibleHealth PacePoints and for #KiActiv Movement).

Resting Heartrate is very low and Heartrate Variability very high - Signs of a slight #ParasympatheticSwing

20% of global oil production passes through the Strait.

33% of global fertiliser production passes through the Strait.

A recipe for a global food supply and economic shock.

To restore democracy and create a fairer, safer, greener world, we need massive taxes on the ultra-rich. As in the 1940s. People get confused about this. The main purpose of such taxes is *not* to raise revenue. The point is to stop the few dominating the many. It's an essential democratic measure.

If plant-based foods must be more honest, let’s do the same for meat – fancy some ‘cow muscle’? | Deirdra Barr EU rules banning terms such as ‘bacon’ for veggie products are problematic, btw cow muscle = steak, says the Vegetarian Society’s Deirdra Barr

EliteHRV graph of RMSSD from my heartrate data showing a big jump up this morning EliteHRV says 7 out of 10 Readiness

& the slight Parasympathetic Swing is confirmed by my #EliteHRV check-in:

RMSSD is elevated

Heartrate Variability abnormally high

Parasympathetic Nervous System Activity is dominating over Sympathetic NS Activity.

Important to KEEP PACING CAREFULLY on days like this as I could easily overexert!

Kubios 91% Readiness dial

...and as expected, the #KubiosHRV app sees these data as Good News 👇

Kubios is suggesting that I can head to work with a spring in my step; 91% (very high) Readiness, a resting heartrate of just 52bpm and high RMSSD at 63ms.

But I've learnt to look at the bigger picture, across all three HRV apps

NEW - The Hereditary Peers Bill has passed in the House of Lords, finally passing the government’s major reform that has been fought every step of the way, despite being manifesto pledge.

It passes now only because the government offered the Tories more life peerages.

If Iran has laid mines in the Strait of Hormuz, it would be a catastrophe for the global economy.

It would take weeks or months of specialised work to demine the route.

Trump is utterly out of his depth. All of this was long predicted by open source analysis of how a war with Iran could unfold.

Reuters headline which reads:

Exclusive: As many as 150 US troops wounded so far in Iran war, sources
say
By Phil Stewart and Idrees Ali

BREAKING: As ‌many as 150 US troops have been wounded so far in the war with Iran.

Far higher than Pentagon which claims that only 8 have been wounded.

This is a REUTERS story, not Iranian propaganda. They have it from two sources.

We're spending $1 billion per day on war as millions of working people struggle to get by.

Meanwhile, America's ultra-rich have never been richer.

Some forces actually should have cooled the planet in 2025:
• A shift from El Niño to La Niña
• The solar cycle moving past its peak
• Fewer wildfires globally

Yet 2025 still ranked as the 3rd-hottest year ever recorded.

Difficult times call for cooperation and dialogue. But our voting system keeps giving total power to parties that only a fraction of voters support.

On 30% of the vote, one party could win full control of our economy, health, foreign policy and defence.

We can't take that risk.

Trump has already spent more in 9 days on his war with Iran than the USDA spends in an entire year on giving breakfasts to kids in school.

So much for America First.

Farage U-turns again on Iran war as Reform’s policy descends into ‘chaos’

No principles, no morality, no information, no expertise, just endlessly appeasing Trump, Putin, Netanyahu and assorted billionaires and foreign oligarchs or chasing the next headline, until suddenly colliding with reality. Bang, oof.

I wasn't intending to turn this into a thread, but it seems to have happened anyway.
It's about the great plague on our lives: the extreme wealth of a tiny number of people.
And what to do about it.

As illegal international aggression once again highlights the need for investment in renewable energy, it is crucial the govt do everything possible to protect households from bearing the brunt of surging energy prices - and to ensure no energy company profits from this war.
