A person sitting on an open window, mostly seen from the back from inside the room. On the yard a tree with yellow leaves is visible, and on the window, which opens towards inside of the room, a reflection of another tree branch and the wall of an opposing building.

Two fotos that are almost the same. Above in colour, below in black and white. The colour photo is more sharply drawn thourghout the depth of it, black and white has more grainy quality and bokeh.

No, it's not a macro-lense close-up on lichen – but lichen does occupy the largest area of the image. :)
Hillside forest in Finland, the lichen in question i think is most likely Clanedonia arbuscula – abundant in large part of Finland.
