I've actually often thought I need a hearing aid. It's funny though because when I go in and get a hearing test they save my hearing is fine. I think it's more of an auditory issue. Basically being distracted by environmental surroundings. Like I would say give me a hearing test while in a noisy bar

I'm not sure how much I agree with their end goal is to be awful people, that may ultimately be the end game, but I think they believe innocently enough that there isn't a concern.. ignorance is no excuse though I get it.
