It's hard to keep up with the dizzying madness, for sure. But every single story you'll be interested in, in the future will be affected by the filter that's being constructed today, right now, before our very eyes, if we choose to look.
And, as reported in the NYTimes three days ago, "Instagram and Facebook have recently blurred, blocked or removed posts from two abortion pill providers."
"Budget concerns" threaten to chip away at the collection of government data, as reported on NPR this weekend. We also learned that Trump is helping his billionaire ally Larry Ellison at Oracle buy TikTok.
What's worth knowing? For example, one of Trump's first acts was to direct federal health officials not to make public statements. By Friday, there was a late-night purge of at least 15 Inspectors General (the people who investigate government waste and corruption).
