But the status quo -- "We explicitly ban adult content for child safety, just we only selectively enforce our policies" -- doesn't exactly feel like it's laying the groundwork for a sustainable home for the furry fandom. :p

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Discord stan. I'm not a fan of their plans for age verification. But Root seems like a locked-down alternative which wants to police users *even more* in the name of child safety.
