I feel ya :( from what I was told via my supes they REALLY want to continue bringing freelancers on, because they help out with workload a whole lot but higher ups have put their foot down and they no longer have the budget unless absolutely necessary... It sucks so much for everyone.

How many industry mutuals have been out of work for longer than 8 months? This is my first time switching gigs after a lucky 2 year stint and I’ve had no luck. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or it’s just like that in good old 2026.
