This has only ever happened to me once and it happened here. Really feels like getting a random phone call from someone you went to highschool with under the guise of wanting to catch up, but they're actually just wanting to pitch their pyramid scheme garbage to you, which has also happened to me. 🤦

I had someone on tumblr DM me trying to get me to commission them. I cannot stress enough how much I hate being “cold called.” I WILL block you for doing this. Guilting and pressuring strangers is not a good way to do business.

YMMV of course, but I think the pain was worse than my kidney surgery and possibly my ankle surgery at times. I couldn't talk at all for like a week and it hurt so bad to swallow. The ear pain was probably the worst part. I don't get as sick as often now though. Feel free to dm me if you want. :)

And by worst I mean pain wise, not necessarily recovery difficulty. It's fairly smooth that way. If you only have one that needs to be removed though it probably wouldn't be as painful as mine were. I suggest getting earache drops!

It was honestly one of the worst surgery recoveries I've had in my life so far. However, for me it was worth it. I had extremely large tonsils that were set very far back in my throat and they caused me allot of problems. So completely worth it but extremely unpleasant for a few weeks. I was 20.
