Safety is a very very important part of workers rights, actually. Don't ever compromise with it.

Don't get me wrong, I would be absolutely devastated if my wife died, but I don't need her in order to be whole. I married her because I greatly enjoy her presence, not because I need it. She fulfills me, and I think that's far better than completing me.

I think it's a bit concerning when someone says they need a partner/spouse to "complete" them. Like, you're already a whole person. Your relationships should fulfill you, not complete you.

It's basic respect. Even my conservative father knows this. I don't get why it's so hard for some people.

The brain can be like that sometimes, especially where any kind of trauma and/or mental illness is involved. I've found it really helpful when those types of negative self talk thoughts come up to examine if it is helpful or not. And if it's not helpful, regardless of if it's true, then dismiss it.

It's kind of annoying when I hear people say that Skibidi Toilet is just meaningless brain rot. Like, bro, take it from a 28 year old. There's an actual story there.

Of course, I'm not gonna financially support these people after everything, but I'm tired of being told that I can't draw or interact with the media that I genuinely enjoy because the creator is a piece of shit human.

Honestly, at this point, if I boycott or write off anything else that's made by someone who allegedly did terrible things, I'll have no media left to enjoy. It is important to air out the wrongs people have done, yes, but that shouldn't erase the positive impact their work has done.

It absolutely blows my mind that segregation is still in living memory. It's such a foreign concept to me, and yet, if I were alive 80 years ago, it would be an every day thing.
