(also, Follower power - is there a good alternative to the alternative to photoshop, which can do layer styles and is better for any sort of (photo) editing? x.x)

Screenshot of the Affinity Page where it says you can't buy their products at the moment and you have to wait until the end of October for 'creative freedom' - which probably means AI slop also taking over these programms.

Not that I'm surprised but a year after Canva bought Affinity you can't buy their programs any longer and have to wait until the end of October - where "creative freedom begins".
Knowing Canva, this will also end up in a subscription model for anything more than adding some text to a file [1/2]
