Today, Congress voted on a War Powers Resolution to demand that Trump end this war with Iran immediately.

I voted YES to try to stop Trump from continuing this war and hurting more Americans at home and to protect American lives overseas.

Good riddance, Secretary Noem.

Secretary Noem violated the public trust — and then doubled down. Her lack of leadership fueled fear, chaos, and deadly misconduct.

Good riddance.

No surprise here: President Draft Dodger continues to sow chaos and war — because he has no personal stake.

Yesterday I voted to force House Ethics to release sexual misconduct reports involving Members of Congress.

As a former JAG, I believe in due process. This isn’t about baseless allegations—it’s about radical transparency and accountability.

Release the damn files.

Wars spike oil prices. Oil prices raise the cost of gas, food, and everyday goods. Working families in Virginia and across the country pay the price — again.

Six Americans have already lost their lives.

But President Draft Dodger doesn’t care if more service members die.

Where does this war end?

President Trump himself doesn’t know.

An overwhelming majority of Americans are against sending our servicemembers to another long, protracted war in the Middle East.

But our draft dodger President doesn’t care. Why? Because it’s not his sons and daughters that will have to die.

It’s a tragedy, and one that should not have happened.

My heart goes out to the families, and I promise to fight for them, every service member and every military family in Congress everyday

The President owed them a reason, a clear purpose, a path to victory, and an exit strategy. They received none.

No one in the President’s family serves in uniform. None of them have ever served. He doesn’t understand on a human and personal level what it means when “the lives of courageous American heroes will be lost”, which may be why he sent them to war without any debate from his palace in Mar-a-Lago.

Today, three American families are going to be visited by military officers and chaplains to tell them that their loved ones are not coming home. Five others grievously wounded will forever be reminded of the president’s actions. Until yesterday, they had no reason to believe that would be the case.

Make no mistake: This is an illegal war.

Trump just launched a war in Iran — without Congress and without a plan.

As a 25-year vet who served in Iraq, I’ve seen how wars begin and how hard they are to end. Regime change from the air won’t work — but American troops will pay the price.

This is not peace. It’s chaos.

Epstein Files Are Missing Records About Woman Who Made Claim Against Trump

If the Justice Department is withholding the release of Epstein files that mention Donald Trump’s name, that is corruption to a tee.

If there’s even a chance that the Commander-in-Chief assaulted a minor, the American people deserve to know.

Community Project Funding requires strong local support, transparency, and eligibility under existing federal programs.

That means projects are planned, vetted, and backed by the communities they serve. That’s how responsible governing should work.

At the State of the Union, President Trump claimed that gas is now below $2.30 in most states.

All across the country, that’s patently false.
