Woke, lefty, ❀️ NHS/🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿/EU/fairness/honest journalists and politicians (I know!). When did decency and honesty become unfashionable?

The dishonesty and bias is off the scale. Not only do they β€œbalance” facts with ill informed politicking, they also let the naysayers always speak last and for longer so that’s what sticks in people’s minds. It’s electoral crime in plain sight

Yet another Maggie bonus. Everything worth having - which the public already owned - sold off for peanuts, leaving a gaping hole for charlatans to bleed dry the people who fell through it. The problem with capitalism is that it eventually runs out of public assets to give away to its mates

β€œThose who have betrayed our trust and those who seek to exploit that betrayal.” That’s Tory, Labour and Reform. I hope Scotland is listening πŸ™πŸ»

All day every day. If the monster raving looney party or count binface got the kind of media attention that shower of charlatans gets, they’d have been in parliament for years now

This is a terrible decision by Starmer.

But sadly not right wing enough for Tory Laura to fawn over, while also being much too smart and eloquent to let her twist his words or shut him down. She was never going to be okay with that

Which suggests it’s more about keeping the lights off than running the government. #EpsteinFiles

Or, God forbid, SNP. They’d have had a field day. That’s UK Gov broadcasting for you. Tokyo Rose was more impartial

Exactly. In fact, to some extent, Gove and Hancock as government ministers were even worse than she was. And that’s saying something

Actually, getting away from the HoL shouldn’t be her choice. She should, very publicly, be stripped of that supposed honour for her dishonesty

Really?! That’s beyond disappointing. I wonder what questions they’re asked. I just can’t understand that people even now don’t see what a good thing it was to be inside that tent with all the benefits of free movement and the strength in numbers and good international relations.

What would have saved the UK hundreds of billions of pounds over decades was staying in the EU single market. Farage is, always has been and always will be a charlatan

It will be a future badge of honour to have been so described by him. It will be the proof that she is and was bigger and better than him and stood up for her beliefs and for the rights of others

If she was in any way competent as a journalist, she’d be able to fact check most of his nonsense in real time. She MUST know that asylum seekers are not allowed to work pending a decision on their case

07.09.2025 15:38 β€” πŸ‘ 3    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Why go to a journalist when you can spout boll0x to kuenssberg without challenge? As long as you’re 1. Tory/Reform (current or former), 2. have form in destroying the economy/lying to the electorate, or 3. just R/W generally. It’s not just that she’s not impartial. She’s totally incompetent

07.09.2025 15:36 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Labour is turning into reform (the tories already did). I don’t believe their voters thought that was the change their lazy, nebulous slogan suggested, and the more they try to appease reform and their fans, the more they embolden them. They’re now more convinced than ever that they’re right

07.09.2025 07:43 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 1    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0
