Stop thinking that there is some fundamental difference between Republicans and Democrats. At the end of the day, we’re all just people. We should all make efforts to remember that.

Think of it as a way to get better politicians. Politicians will be less able to stay in office indefinitely by playing to an extreme base in a gerrymandered district. Instead, they will have to find ways to be appealing to both sides. Incentivize effective compromise, not stoking partisan tensions.

People shouldn’t have to choose between a pathetic, ineffectual Democrat and a fascist, racist Republican.

Gerrymandering is a big part of the reason we have nothing but terrible choices every cycle!

Further gerrymandering Texas isn’t inevitable. Their redistricting deadline is fast approaching.

A social movement that transcends the tired Democrat/Republican divide… It’s about making our political system work better and that should be something everyone can get behind! This would be way better for the country than permanently entrenching the current red and blue divide via gerrymandering.
