Pokemon especially the bubble feels close to popping, but I've stopped collecting because if you can't buy scalped prices/inflated retail due to scalping and shortages, you cannot get shit.

This makes me worried about my friends who are more directly affected by this regime and their mental health.

That being said, I also encourage people to stop supporting scalped TCG products and I wish a very unhappy fall down the stairs to any and all scalpers.

My one encouragement for people in this current time is to remember that people can be upset with less important things while also being upset with very important things.

For those of you not familiar with Ghost's work, I've described this song as a song about being hopeful in the face of apocalyptic nihilism. It talks about authoritarian governments and the M/V reflects this, even going as far to depict nuclear wastelands and a rebirth of human civilization.

After returning from our second Ghost Ritual in Tulsa the other night, I am realizing more and more how much their song, Future is a Foreign Land, means to me.

Like, not only has it been prefaced with very anti-Trump talk each time, but the slight lyric changes are so effective.

The US cutting off oil to Cuba is truly one of the most depraved acts it is possible to imagine. Hospitals will close, food production will collapse, people will starve. It is urgent for US citizens, and every sane person, to oppose this barbarism with all their might.
