Drinking the winter blend tea from @rakkasantea.bsky.social on a very grey foggy misty morning here, and I think it's my new favorite. (At least until I order another different tea from them. π
)
It's perfect for this kind of weather.

Burmese Breakfast is an amazing tea and a great way to support these farmers. They need the business and you need great tea. Order for yourself or as a gift!
Due to the ongoing strife and uncertainty in Myanmar this year, our partners north of Mandalay, along with several other growers in the region, were unable to produce enough raw leaf to meet demand. So they combined their harvests to create this new black tea breakfast blend.
NEW: Burmese Breakfast, black tea from Myanmar
This is tea with a story, just in time for the holidays. It's an unexpected tea, born of necessity after a year of civil conflict and a devastating earthquake in March. π§΅

The season is upon us. And tea makes a great gift! What makes it even more meaningful is when you know you're helping artisan tea makers in war zones and post-conflict countries. Here are some ideas to brighten any tea loverβs day! mailchi.mp/4d8005738826...
Black Jasmine is a wild black tea that comes from the high mountain slopes of YΓͺn BΓ‘i Province, Vietnam. At 4,300 feet, it's plucked and harvested by a single family of Hmong farmers. The trees are 300 β 400 years old.

Fall, Andean-style: La Cumbre Spiced Chai is perfect for a cool, cloudy fall day. It's made of Colombian black tea blended with locally-grown South American staples like cacao nibs and Arabica coffee beans and matched with traditional ingredients like cardamom, cinnamon and cloves.
World is an absolute shitshow, but I had an amazing white tea from @rakkasantea.bsky.social tonight.

Thank you!
Did something tonight I haven't done in a long time: Made green tea. This is Paksong Stardust, grown in the meteoric soil of the Bolaven Plateau in southern Laos.
From Nepal: A Himalayan Earl Grey
Our soon-to-be second Earl Grey is crafted from Kanchenjunga's Shadow black tea and blended with Italian bergamot oil and blue cornflower petals. It has notes of citrus, malt, and sweet spice, and an aroma of orange and wildflowers. Can't wait for you to try it!
So they combined their harvests to create this new black tea breakfast blend. We've tried it and it's amazing. It'll be a great way to support these farmers and should be available in the next few weeks!
Burmese Breakfast: A new blend from Myanmar
This is an unexpected tea, born of necessity after a year of conflict and a devastating earthquake. Due to conditions this year, our partners in Mogok, along with several other growers in the region, were unable to produce enough raw leaf to meet demand.
Summer is in full swing and cold brews are popping, but we've got plans for late spring and early fall. Here are two new teas we'll be introducing in the weeks ahead! π§΅
