All my life. The work involved keeps me away from the work I want to do. So pursue the work i want to do, all the jobs I apply for need a bachelors degree. Back to square 1. All I want to do is make films, that’s all. I’m a good writer & am a good problem solver. I’ll figure it out.

Life is in a shitty place for me right now. On one hand I want to go and study, but I don’t have the funds & don’t want the debt. On the other hand I am turning 44 this year and yeah age blah blah blah it’s still a factor. I could go back to stream but I honestly don’t want to be a streamer

When brainstorming a story, it doesn't matter whether you begin with your plot or your characters first. Develop in whatever order works for you. But when the work is finished, it has to feel like the two are inextricable - like one couldn't exist without the other. If it doesn't, you've failed.

Changing your life & environment can be immediately transformative. It’s been 4 months and I haven’t felt depressed to the point of having daily dark thoughts because I have surrounded myself with uplifting supportive people. Who genuinely accept me for me and want the best for me. Life is worth it!
