There's something deeply obscene and broken about the fact that Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth are bombing elementary schools in an illegal war of aggression, and there's still a sense among the opposition that it has to be explained in terms of gas prices in order to get American voters to care.

It's hard not to think that, like many lies, the republican lies have some basis in truth. But no, all of them are bold, flat out lies, based on nothing but self preservation. Look at the videos of the murder of Renee Nicole Good for a perfect example.

I admit, sometimes it's really hard to be kind. There's a strong urge to scream, and throw things.
If the problems of the country and the world seem beyond us, and all we can do is fight the issues within our reach, then that's what we should do. Kindness and little things can really make a difference.
