This can happen if your eye is very dry and you rub the eyes due to the irritation thus wrinkling the membrane. In this particular case just 2x eyedrops every hour normalised the eye.

Remember to take care of your eyes! Learned over the weekend that if your eyes dry out and you rub them too hard the membrane on the sclera can fold or wrinkle. Never happened to me before so called up the emergency line and nurse said to use 2x eyedrops every hour. Simple fix in my case!

The document concludes with instructions on how to appeal the notice if received in error, along with contact information for the department.

Kansas is sending letters to trans people telling them that their licenses will be revoked as of tomorrow and that they risk arrest for driving on a suspended license.

This is pure cruelty.
