I think people both within science and outside science don’t fully appreciate the miracle that were the Covid-19 vaccines. How much courage it took to get the sequence out, how much work had already gone into figuring out the best viral antigen and how best to present it. 1/

Anyone know of a site for posting excuses from students to re-do exams/assignments? Its exhausting being inundated with requests for extra marks to the detriment of other students. I won't even start with the 30% accommodations that already exist. I fear for the next generation workforce..

Blebbisomes are large, organelle-rich extracellular vesicles with cell-like properties - Nature Cell Biology Jeppesen, Sanchez et al. identify blebbisomes as large membrane-enclosed vesicles containing organelles and secreted by cells. Blebbisomes can both secrete and internalize exosomes and microvesicles.
