I've always been pretty flexible on the kids/no kids thing, don't think as a man it's my choice, I'd be maximum dad level if called upon but I don't think society lined up right and I'm content either way. I got a niece to spoil to but the Schwartz lineage ends there I believe unless things change.

The anxiety and stress that comes with it allowed me to choose that for now as I am heading toward 40 to decide that no kids is for the best, I think. I don’t think anyone deserves to grow up in what’s left of this country.

ICEBlock is one I use and seems to still work but it’s been removed from the App Store.

Iceout.org is one I recently found but I can’t comment on how effective it is since I’ve never used it locally.
