No. I have a lot left so I still take a half or one pill if my dystonia is really bad and it takes it completely away. My other movement symptoms haven't come back so far - arm not swinging when I walk, uncoordination, etc. I never had a tremor.

I developed parkinsonism after getting covid in 2020. Responded to Sinemet. Brain scan showed I did not have PD (yet). Most symptoms got better after about 2 years though I still get dystonia. Also have mast cell disease made way worse by covid and dysautonomia which is all probably related somehow
