There needs to be more guard rails/ action against leaders manipulating systems or exerting power to experiment on the vulnerable (esp. children). We cannot normalize valuing some lives over others - in war or in experiments or access to medicines.

Health misinformation is most harmful when it is believed and spread by those in power- and that's exactly what we're seeing in the US. We need to reestablish societal consequences for lying & purposefully misleading the public (shame, loss of power, loss of $)
