Maybe for you that's not disqualifying for someone running for mayor, but it is for me along with many others. #NOLA
Last year, I notified S&WB that water was bubbling up through the street in front of my house. It took about 3 mos before they started working on it, then about 2 months to complete the project, during which time they would show up randomly without warning. It got fixed, just very inefficiently.
