Evidently there is a ballot board that will make the decisions about whether the votes after 7 pm count. The source: Dallas county Republican Party nixed county voting places, as opposed to precinct voting. People didnt know where to vote, as precincts where not updated after the maps were changed.

This is the issue- why does Paxton care that the lower court tried to address the confusion… over where people were supposed to vote in a democracy primary.. why would he try to stop it.

Wow!! Paxton - who is a candidate for the same Senate race, as Crockett, just got the Texas Supreme Court to pause the extension of time for Democratic voters to vote in Dallas, an extension a lower court granted for 2 hours because of confusion all day. Paxton clearly wants to make trouble.
