I teach in a region that is heavily MAGA, so this was clearly difficult for some of the class. Many view themselves as patriots, and were clearly uncomfortable with the whole discussion. That discomfort grew exponentially when we started talking about the Federalist Papers (2/x)

Just reading and discussing the Articles of Confederation last semester was really weird and awkward.

I'm pretty sure I still have an entire set of these from when I was a kid. This was an era where they would make cards for anything, and then 1 yr later entire boxes would end up in the $1 store. I also had multiple boxes of Yo! MTV Raps cards from the same era.
