Hej Michael. Det er en 7 år gammel post importeret fra Twitter, men tak for svar alligevel 😅
Hej Helene. Det er en gammel post fra 2021 importeret fra Twitter.
@SpannersReady plot twist: since Perez is nowhere in the drivers championship compared to Max, he has turned his races into a game where he has a bingo card with all of the drivers and crosses them out when he crashes them. He's going for a full plate by the end of the year 🫠
And now there's a separate profile for @thinkagainbio. Go give that a follow!
If anyone wants to come and save the world with me and the rest of the team, there are still some open positions. See the "Join us" section at http://again.bio

Thanks to @rugbjerg and the rest of the @endurogenetics team for 3 rewarding years. Best of luck to you in the future!
I'm proud and honoured to announce that I'm joining Again former (@secondcirclebio) as a Fermentation Scientist! More here:...

#homebrew
The second beer is an Irish Red Ale with notes of bread crust 🥖, biscuits, honey 🍯 and caramel 🍮 from the malt. A great after-work beer, which ended up being named "Leprechaun after-work delight" 💰🌈
New 🍺update:
A Belgian Witt with a base like a classic wheat beer🌾, but with spicy and fruity notes from the Belgian yeast which is supported by the addition of orange peel 🍊 and coriander seeds during the boil - a 1664 Blanc on speed! Truly a summer beer ☀️
Newest #homebrew 🍺: a Czech pilsner 🇨🇿 hopped with Saaz 🌿 and lagered for 30 days. Bready malt profile balanced by floral and spicy notes from the hops. The finish has a subtle bitter bite. Great beer to enjoy in the sun ☀️
Newest #homebrew 🍺: a West Coast IPA hopped with copious amounts of Citra and Galaxy 🌿 it's my first homemade recipe and I'm really proud of the results. Can't wait for spring yo come around so these can be enjoyed outside in the sun! ☀️
Bottling day 🍺

First #homebrew of the year 🍺 (well actually 2022s last): An Imperial Stout holding 9.2% ABV. Dark as the night ⚫ Lots of roasty notes from the malt, and we added coffee to take the taste in that direction ☕

In the end, as a brewer, you're essentially a yeast farmer and how are you going to care for your yeast if you can't tell what they're doing and what kind of environment they're experiencing? Happy brewing! 🍻
I really can't recommend these things enough. They're cheap, reliable (at least so far), easy to set up and use, and gives a great overview over your fermentation process without disturbing it
I've now used my iSpindels for 5 beers, and I was so happy with them, that I decided to acquire an additional 2 devices in order to have enough for all of my parallel brewing projects
And having the real-time gravity measurements is great for determining when the fermentation is over, and lagering can start
The second beer was dark lager (my first lager) and was fermented inside a fridge in a basement with the wifi router on the floor above, and I still didn't experience any issues with the wifi signal whatsoever 📶
The first beer I brewed was a weissbier, and for this one I observed that the fermentation was already done after 3(!) days, and I bottled the beer after just 7 days 🤯
