For #IWD I want us to finally stop talking about 'women failing to reach their potential' and starting talking about how patriarchy, misogyny and sexism are systemic in PR and how men (and some women tbf) aren't recognising, being called out, or changing their behaviour fast enough.

Ok, so here's the thing about back to office mandates. You cannot claim you're all for inclusive cultures and committed to #DEI and insist folk work in an office. Those two things are in opposition. Especially if you then do nothing to make office spaces accessible for all. #PR #comms

Going into year 5 of long covid. From 3-5 hours of dance a week, to 30 mins every two weeks, still unable to stand for more than 10-15 mins. Plus the brain fog cognitive impairment.
