It’s hard to put into words… your art rarely uses harsh lines and stark contrast to convey who characters are and what they’re about. You use a lot of smooth curves, cute faces, and instead use body language and facial expressions to communicate who they are.
I think the defining trait that I like the most is the softness of your artstyle. The way it comes through even on your more intense pieces add a really nice dimension to the piece rather than detract from it imho
