Dumping dogs is an ugly issue in many southern states, it’s horrible. I am so glad your sister adopted a puppy instead of purchasing one!
I LOVE it when people get the reference! He was dumped at a popular dog dump area in E Texas. Somewhere along in his journey he got beat up by other dogs, so he hopped over barbed wire fencing and ran into a shed with a donkey. His story sounded like a LeeRoy Jenkins type of story!
Thank you! I have “foster failed” a few of my dogs. I have been fostering since 2011, some are more difficult than others. I have a feeling this girl will be with us for a while, it’s going to take some time for her to decompress and learn to trust a-hole humans again. It’s obvious that she was beat
