How’s your day going? Awesome. Mine? I’ve been on hold, waiting to speak to a government agency for 44 minutes. I’m #13 in line, with an estimated wait time of 102 minutes. And the hold music is slow jazz. 🎷 But, every 3 minutes she does take the time to let me know my call is very important 💅
