the thing is i don’t want to do shion as the female lead (im sorry my princess…), i want her in sort of a secondary role, so id have to find a ballet where the male lead has a shared dance with a female side character… research required…

and shion after particularly frustrating rehearsals unwinds at a certain cafe and a kind stranger begins to strike up conversation with her on the regular… who happens to always know just what to say to make shion think a little deeper about orfe & her behavior…… how peculiar……………

(it is in fact a little bit of payola, But in the sense that money + all sorts of random connections = access to the best private instructors. no $ used to get the role. but dorija did, in fact, have an additional friendly harmless chat with the director... ^_^)

(Everyone’s first immediate thought is payola but that has less to do with orfe’s gender and more to do with her lesser amt of experience dancing + zero amount of experience with the specific company in particular)

not too much focus on the bigotry of it all it would be a bummer. but everyone would certainly be like “How strange for this to happen in a historically very non woke art form. #GoodForHer but what.”

cast list drops everyone says Who The Hell Is Orfevre -> turns out their male lead is a beautiful butch woman who has only been dancing for two years when everyone else has been doing ballet out the womb And isn’t Bad at it per se, But what the Hell is she doing here

anyway i need to write like 300k word barioru catty passive-aggressive ballet company drama (This would not actually be 300k. I do not believe i can actually write 300k. but when i think of the concept i keep referring to it as 300k)

i know its obviously like you only get as much out of it as you put in but like my twt audience is already pretty limited so i have a hard time believing id be able to build one on here. shrugs…

part of me thinks i talk more on here about things i want to write but im shy and i hate talking to the void… even on twt when no one interacts with me people at least see it LOL
