Don't you *dare* say that the law school from which Inna Vernikov purchased her degree has the lowest ranking from US News and has a 31% bar passage rate.

It *had* that ranking and passage rate until due to lack of compliance and loss of accreditation, that diploma mill shuttered in 2021.

It's not good news at all. It's just 100% lies spread by dirtbags who want to harm this country with disinformation, sowing confusion.

That judge has issued no orders, and said none of the things that shitty liar claims he did. None of it ever happened, and you ought not to help spread those lies.

A federal judge slammed Johnson for abusing his power after he refused to swear in Arizona's newly elected Democrat, Adalita Ghalva. The judge didn't mince words, calling Johnson's actions "constitutionally indefensible" - a phrase you almost never hear from the bench. By blocking her seat, Johnson left over 800,000 Arizonans without representation, and now the court has ordered that to end immediately.

That's not what Powell held. The Court said the House couldn't *add* a qualification in order to exclude a Rep.-elect.

But the House has exclusive constitutional authority to judge its elections and returns, and to make the final determination (which it must do while it is in session).

Powell doesn't apply, for two reasons:

1. It held the House could not add a qualification in order to exclude a Rep.-elect, but it didn't hold that the rest of A1S5 is invalid; the House has exclusive authority to judge its elections and returns.

2. The House hasn't voted to exclude her.

I've traced this specific set of lies to an AI-generated video from a troll's YouTube channel started less than a month ago but that already has 39K subscribers and almost 3M views.

The Speaker has no such authority.

The only way anyone else may officially administer the oath is if the House votes either to approve someone else or allow the Speaker to designate a deputy to administer it. No one else may, nor ever has.

Yes, it's false. The judge never said any of it, nor issued any such order.

Just as a general suggestion: you won't ever find such a significant news story—one you don't see anywhere else—broken by an anonymous account with >25k followers that's following >25k accounts.

The 218th signature will simply allow the process to move the bill forward to begin; it won't release the files. And that process will likely end in failure, unfortunately.
