Predetermined pose, little to no guess work, if you want it then message. If not, keep it moving.
The folks that aren't shy to message will fill out the slots quick enough and I can move to the next YCH.
I like the efficiency of it quite a bit.
Sometimes I consider opening comm slots again, but like, it's always such a pain trying to get those to sell out.
On top of it often feeling like clients want me to decide the idea for them, so like...
Might as well just do YCHs only. :v

If you don't have a standard reference sheet, PLEASE try to get at least ONE artwork that shows the character off without any blatant porn going on.
A standard flat color image that shows off enough of the design is more convenient to use than a shaded ref where everything is basically gradients
Y'all gotta stop full render shading your ref sheets, man.
I know it looks cool and all, but it just increases the chances of the coloring being wrong and adds unnecessary guess work to the process instead of convenience.
There's not much I can do from my end, but decline clients that send em. 😮💨
