Who have we got this weekend?
She's fine thanks.
Well I mean, not really, her son's a podcaster, but let's preview the game all the same.
@thatandrewc.bsky.social's latest is live on Patreon now.

REVIEW: John Glacier - Like A Ribbon. Can't recommend enough getting swallowed whole by this stunning debut record. Nobody's touching this right now -

Ever wondered how each member of the St Mirren squad would fare on a stag do?
You haven't... obviously.
@thatandrewc.bsky.social has. He's good like that.

I'm seeing MIKE in Glasgow tonight. It's very exciting. So much so I wrote some words about his newest (and maybe best?) album, Showbiz!

Jamie, Sam and Billy are on mic for a stewards enquiry into a historic day at Ibrox.

A point gained, an out of his depth referee and a Buddie ripping it up in League One.

Had a few grapefruit flavoured beers last night when I'm not allowed to do that (sad bois iykyk) so I've mainly spent the day trying to work out if I'll open the window or not before I dive out it.
Narrow Head were obviously class last night but High Vis. Hoo boy. About to get real weird with them like I didn't just hear them for the first time 12 hours ago.
Point against the league's form team on a poor pitch, but meh. Feel our subs killed momentum again. Kept trying to play the same way as 1st half without the personnel to do so. With no Olusanya on the pitch, balls in behind are wasted.
Dweeb ref made sure neither team could build any rhythm anyway.
Cannot wait to see these lads live tonight.
so many people who should've died before biff wiff
COYS!
It's like that old saying.
No football on today? Stick and poke tattoo of a cat.
On its new home of Patreon, @thatandrewc.bsky.social's weekly blog is back previewing tomorrow's visit of Hibs to Paisley: a contest which many are calling "St Mirren's next match".

New contender for best album with a cover that looks like you and your mrs waiting to get into Wunderbar after having a massive argument in the taxi over.

A shootout loss to Hearts means we're out the Scottish Cup. There's no time to wallow, though, as we welcome Hibs to Paisley in the - frankly mad- race for Top Six.

Today's walk to work will be a JAUNT
Kendrick's flared jeans calling out to your boyfriend like the Green Goblin mask.
Waking up still gutted, composing my "positives to take" tweet.
Out the cup aye, but "Somewhere between 5th and 10th in the league depending on a multitude of increasingly small margins and impossible to predict variables" scans just as well on a hat anyway you actually don't even know what you're talking about?
Hardest part of that to take was how comfortable we were for 70-75 minutes of the game. Tiredness, wastefulness and a lack of quality off the bench opened the door for Hearts.
Will never have a go at anyone willing to step up in a shootout. Should never have got to that point though.
C O Y Fucking S
Jacket gang. Hoodie heads. I reckon we're down to a single digit amount of of layering up games of football left this season. Do good out there and godspeed to you all.
Historically, it's safe to say Hearts is bit of a Gattuso Gif of a fixture for us, but when it's good it's SO good.
Here's @thatandrewc.bsky.social with his top St Mirren wins against tonight's opponents.

The system also gives us flexibility. If we need to, we can drop into a 532 to frustrate them, or push one CB up/drop one forward back into midfield to match their numbers. Against a team that wants to dominate, this adaptability is crucial.

Hearts have been in fine attacking form recently but they do tend to leave gaps. Their full-backs push high, meaning quick switches through our wing-backs and an all-action front two can catch them in transition. This is exactly where the 352 excels.
