June 14th no Kings this will be the 8th protest I have organized since Trump 2.0. This is a blood red county but we do have a local democratic party. Problem is not single leader of the county party has ever shown up to protest. They would rather have this 60 yr old disabled woman do it.

5/5 Opening your mind and having a civil conversation with someone who isn't exactly like you is the first step towards the cure for QDS. By doing so, we can bridge the gap between our communities and foster a deeper understanding and empathy for one another.
4/5 This is often found in people and communities that have become too insulated, only associating with others who look like they do, think like they do, and act like they do. They blame us for what they feel is wrong with their lives instead of taking responsibility for who and where they are.
3/5 Queer community of things like grooming children, infiltrating schools, etc. This Syndrome goes back to before the time of the Stonewall uprising. And with only 10% of the population, it seems that we're accused of more of society's ills than we could conceivably accomplish.
2/5 But I submit that there's a Syndrome much older and stronger in parts of the US that's scapegoating people without any proof of harm to the people afflicted by it. I am talking about Queer Derangement Syndrome.
