I have Conan the Barbarian on my drawing wish-list. Now it’s to make something worthy to get it into Savage Sword of Conan book.

Now that FanExpo is wrapped, I can say that while we were unsuccessful in getting the Bell AI booth removed, it created a big convo with both companies. I’m so proud of everyone who spoke up and made it an issue they couldn’t ignore.

The stand in at the Bell Canada booth is happening right now to protest their AI Photo Booth.

It is one of the largest telecommunications operators in Canada. I’m sure they also sponsor the event or building or just shoved a bunch of money at them.

I read a post from the Artist Alley head/organizer that this booth is no where near Artist Alley. He is a firm supporter of artist at these shows.
However, he doesn’t have any control on what gets approved everywhere else.
Regardless, This AI crap shouldn’t be allowed in a comic convention.

Also looking into getting involved in the Webtoons sphere. Trying to conceptualize a story that fits that medium which also can be made for print has been… interesting?

I’ve been listening to ROBSERVATIONS with Rob Liefeld and the history lessons and first person experiences from his childhood about certain stories and business experiences is fascinating. The most I take from his show is fueling the drive for me to keep pushing to make more of my own comics.

Just before midnight last night I crossed 16,000 comics in my collection. I’m hoping I can cross 20,000 with what I have left.

I want “Batman: The Brave and the Bold” movies to have #Batman team up with a different member of the Bat Family. Kind of like what MCU has done with solo Spider-Man flicks. Gives his sidekicks a spotlight and won’t feel like retreads of previous iterations

Nightwing in the fourth one and adapt ‘Court of Owls’
Dick Grayson’s being a chosen Talon, Bruce going missing and falling into a deep psychosis, the owls attacking Gotham. Essentially “end” the series back in Gotham to save its soul and legacy with the original Dynamic Duo.

Third would love Batman and Catwoman take on the Hush story but larger emphasis on ‘Heart of Hush.’
Maybe throw elements of Batman and Catwoman from Tom King/Mikel Janin in there. Ultimately lead to nothing romantic as Bruce can’t completely trust Selina like in the conclusion of ‘Hush’

Second movie would be Barbara Gordon Batgirl with Mr. Freeze in a live action version of ‘Heart of Ice’/‘Sub Zero’ OR a loose adaptation of ‘Arkham Asylum’/‘Killing Joke.’
TKJ is controversial but having Jim Gordon’s One Bad Day would be great motivation for Barbara (sans the shooting and SA)
