Not to be hyperbolic, but assassination... If his initial attempts to jail all his political opponents fails. He has a decent shot at getting people incarcerated without there actually being a case, the way he stacked the courts. It's just not a guarantee.

I see discussions of gender affirming care, but surgeons aren't removing genitals from kids as a matter of freaking standard. The most I saw were a couple of extremely unusual exceptions... What surgeons are routinely performing gender care for kids?
