February 9th: a few hand reference studies this fine morning, gonna start thinking what character to illustrate next for a finished piece :)))

Suddenly had the urge to draw Beat from Unbeatable!

Had quite a fun time trying to craft a pose that felt fun and also looked.... somewhat okay, and although there is still a lot for me to learn in both posing, shapes and rendering, I had fun :)

February (finally got it right this time) the 8th: quite liked the exercise I did last week drawing poses of box people from my memory so I did it again :)

January 7th: more illustration ref studies for today, I KEEP DRAWING BODIES AND TORSO’S TOO SHOOOOOOORT AAAAAAAAAAAAA

January 6th: some pose studies for today. Still really struggeling with drawing the actual volume of things which annoys me >:|

This was an interesting one: I got commissioned to illustrate an old piece of concept art of Paper Mario's Doopliss as if it was a partner for Mario, and we have called him Dooplet!

January 4th: some feet ref studies before going of to work, will probably start on my next “actual” piece tomorrow woop woop

I absolutely love Zenless Zone Zero's Astra Yao both in design and character ever since she was introduced, and I thought it was finally time to challenge myself by drawing her :)

February 2nd: some quick hand ref studies before making the cold trip to work

Februari 1st: wanted to do some practice with a box man, was fun :)

Also just wanted to show that yes I'm still working on something new, just been busy haha :P

January 31st: did some more illustration ref studies but god HAIR IS SO HAAAAAAARD

Fun fact about the last piece: all the characters were made separate (aka it took more time to draw details that nobody would see haha)

January 30th: last day of my work agreement thingie, and did some arm ref studies before making the journey there

January 29th: some pose studies for today, keep falling in the hole of drawing the torso too thin and the top of the torso too short AAAAAAA

January 28th: very bad photo thanks to the lighting, but I did some torso ref studies before going off to work :)

January 27th: some more pose studies with a focus on forshortening and angles, need to become better at it but it’s so haaaaard

January 26th: some hand ref studies before I go off to work, my 3D feeling for these things leaves a bit to be desired

January 25th: more illustration ref studies, and I HATE HEADS I AM BAD AT THEM AND I HATE THEM AAAAA
