Yesterday was an awful day for trans people in the Democrat party. Full of the worst transphobia because we spoke up about @petebuttigieg.bsky.social trans comments this week.

Yes this correct! I was seeing how it was being relayed yesterday, and while awful, it’s not a total ban as many were saying. And there was the assumption that it was law. The senate has not passed this bill - yet. So our calls to the senate are VITALLY important and must be factually correct.

A lot of people from developing countries are used to people worse than Trump, and find the democrats hard to understand as a result. So they voted Trump because he was gonna get the “bad” people out, not realizing Trumps meaning. This is one of the many messaging problems we have in this country
