I am going to get a hashtag started here. AEW has an incredible and diverse women's roster. I enjoyed their casino gauntlet match immensely last night. It could have been longer had MJF's and JJ's long-winded segment been cut in half. Don't take time away from the ladies. #AEWgivewomenmoretime
Very happy about Bayne but it’s hard to be excited when the first women’s casino gauntlet is half the length of the last men’s one and shorter than the MJF-Jarrett segment in which three women were called whores.

Here's that same bread recipe used for a large Italian sub. I originally developed this recipe to replicate that giant Italian hoagie one would get catered from an Italian deli.

Just a few spritzes of water on the dough and in the oven to slow down crust formation and a light brushing melted butter immediately upon coming out.
Wearing the jockstrap nearly all day for 7 days- chafing and such.
The whole thing took roughly 10 minutes and was a breeze. Recovery was a week of rest, had to skip the gym and wear a jock strap- also went through copious amounts of baby powder. It's not something to be afraid of and worth considering.
