Excited to have co-contributed the SquashingScaler, which implements the robust numerical preprocessing from RealMLP!
Huge release, and the first one where I felt like I actually contributed a lot to the final result.
I really think DataOps are a game changer, and I can't wait to see what people come up with with them.
I also ended up rewriting most of the user guide, hopefully improving it along on the way 😂

Étude passionnante sur la naissance des inégalités. Très intéressée par le lien avec l’esprit de compétition, à mon avis ce qu’il se passe en mathématiques est une version extrême des autres domaines scientifiques et non-scientifiques ! Beaucoup de femmes diplômées et peu en position de décision
et avec des problématiques communes sans doute (capacité des femmes à suivre une carrière avec les autres inégalités en cours, vision de l'ambition féminine comme négative mais positive chez les hommes etc)
y compris en mathématiques ou informatique ou beaucoup de personnes venant d'autre disciplines peuvent se saisir de ces outils
(cet article est un exemple parmi d'autres), et beaucoup de chiffres ne détaillent pas le changement au cours des études en licence, master, et après, mais le taux de femmes au départ en mathématiques et informatique est une excellente excuse pour ne rien faire
Il faut aller beaucoup plus loin que ça sur la réflexion, puisqu'en biologie où on commence à 70% de femmes, on n'est pas à la parité non plus quand on avance www.lemonde.fr/campus/artic...
