People seem to shape Christianity to what ever is convenient to their beliefs, passions, charity, prejudice. Its influence is often toxic as it is used as a tool to control & manipulate people. Its influence can be a comfort, a tool for good depending upon interpretation, but I have not found it so.

I have come to a realization that I am generally a better cook than my grandmothers, though one barbecued chicken in a manner I can’t decipher. My mother was great at sculpting off model cartoon character icing on cake. I think my mother did guide me into art some.
My grandmother didn’t want to share anything. Actually my mother was upset with her for not sharing her barbecue sauce. I am pretty sure it was del monte ketchup, liquid smoke, sugar & Worcestershire. I expressed some sewing interest but she wasn’t sharing with a “boy.” My mother was not good at it.
I have about a dozen or so of these found at a thrift shop, but I did buy them back then, and moreso read them at a magazine rack while my parents were shopping or waiting for prescriptions to be filled. I learned a lot about shows and films I loved or wanted to see.
Are there easy ways they can detect human remains or hidden rooms and bunkers on this ranch with a fly over and special equipment?
