OC-tober Day 3: Favorite OC!

It's your boy, Ridley, back at it again with being called my favorite. (I deny it but, the signs are obvious that he probably is my favorite XD)

I do want to try and do OC-tober this year but I also work basically a 9-5 retail job full time. So it’ll be very much a “when I can make time for it” type beat.

OC-tober Day 1 - New OC Princess Starlights. A little cartoon princess character with a bright glowing white ball of light for her hair, a headband with various yellow and pink stars, and a dark blue dress with an orange collar, a pink stripe, and yellow puffy sleeves. She also has pearl bracelets on both her wrists. On the left is just her standing with one arm raised to her face and a surprised open mouth expression. On the right, is her happily sitting down with her hands on her lap as she says "I hope I can shine as bright as you one day!"

So this little OC would be a hypothetical Dream Square Watcher for a different character's dream square.

I like to use things that people could have been bored as a kid and thought "what if that was alive?" for the Dream Square Watchers. Makes it more fun. :3

In my future webcomic ORU, there is a concept called Dream Square Watchers which are essentially little imaginary friends of the players in THE GAME that protect or watch over a place called the Dream Square which is unique to the dreams and wishes of each player.

It's so bizarre reading Digital Circus character analysis on Tumblr vs Reddit. Like obviously this doesn't apply to everyone, but it genuinely feels like observing two completely different species most of the time.

I also remember playing a ton of the old Cartoon Network website games and the Nick Jr ones too. I think I printed out some stuff from Nick Jr once or twice:

I remember the like built-in puzzle game attached to the little clock on Vista. Sometimes I liked it and other times I hated it.

Oh yeah! The CDs from earlier, I remember mostly just playing one: Putt Putt Travels through Time. We had others but I guess younger me just really liked that one.

A few years later we got a Windows Vista and I think that was the last proper family computer we had before everyone in the house started to try getting their own?

It’s a little hard for me to remember the jump between the vista and my laptops. There was probably another computer in between.

The first computer I ever used was an old Windows XP that my family had as a family computer.

We have a big binder of old CD games that everyone used to play in the XP.
Some were games we bought directly, others were cereal box CD games, etc.

We're not in theoretical "they could come after sfw queer content LATER" territory anymore. It is being used to come after sfw queer content NOW.
