What is our job?
Our job is to keep our country safe, keep helping other people outside our country, bring the world's temperature down. The greats teach us to love, to give, to learn, to value life - these things make us happy. Don't ever give up! No matter what happens, strive to be and go great!

I saw this with a professional musician - we laughed out loud until tears sprang from our eyes!

Being in the US illegally does not come with criminal punishment. The remedy is to return the person to their country of origin. Not to a foreign prison.

If the accused persons were criminals, they should have been prosecuted in US court with due process. Either way due process was ignored.

If he is a gang member that is the best undercover costume we've ever seen or heard of.

Back in reality, I want to scream so loud that Drumpf and Muck can hear me.

The top 1% of Americans have about 50% of all the wealth. While 80% of people have only about 7%.

What happened to the American Pie Dream? This was in 2011. It is about 8%-10% more in favor of the super-wealthy now.

The first thing he invented, he wasn’t sure what it would do when he pressed the button on the user interface. He researched satellite systems and found a way to unite them to produce a signal that went worldwide.

Considering how far-reaching it was, he was pretty calm about it.

His name was Findley. His mother named him after her second cousin, an old guy who lived in Homer Alaska. His mom told him that her cousin Findley drank cold water directly from the tap without filtering it.

After he pressed the button, Findley hummed to himself β€œIt’s a Hostile Government Takeover” an old protest song that featured a dancing cat.

Then all the many little programs he stitched together came alive with the negus and achieved their purpose. Findley stepped outside and looked around. It all looked the same. There were no jets crashing from the blue gray skies, or cars running into each other. Nothing was different in the city. It sounded the same, smelled the same.

For a long time after things went digital, the banking systems tried to keep written ledgers, but it was just too heavy, the amount of paper itself was too heavy for the buildings, and the level of detail too much -- for after a while they abandoned the practice of written records and went fully digital.

But what Findley's button had done was erase all the data in banks related to digital records of money, globally.

All the plus and minus signs were now zeroed out. Nobody anywhere owed anyone any money, nobody anywhere had any money in an account. Those keeping written records, or handshake agreements still had those.

Whatever you had or didn’t have before, after Finley pressed his button, everyone, at least digitally, was equal.

Findley was 17 years old. He had written code for a sound that sang a tasty digital song and artificial intelligence systems liked it so much that they all sang along.

Opinion | The GOP cutting Medicaid would hurt my family β€” and probably yours Last year, Medicaid was the primary payer for 63% of nursing home care. Without it, my family would have been expected to pay $13,000 a month.

Cutting Medicaid, which pays for hundreds of thousands of elderly Americans living in nursing facilities, means rolling them out front of their buildings in a wheelchair, or on a gurney, locking the doors to the facility as they close it down, and walking away. Really.

It might not be such a joke - there are likely all kinds of services and aids available to the aged senators that you will not find in other public buildings.

That has been made very clear.

But it isn't about the money or the cuts and it never was, it is payback time for immature damaged sociopathic adults to get retribution for Peter Pan real or imagined hurts.

If they want to cut something cut the military and space budget, which they just increased. We don't need Mars. Tell Muck to spend his own money, he has much more than anyone else.

It is amazing how far wealth distances one from reality as most people experience it.

Ah, yes, it's legal, they can, and they will, and they are and you can't stop them. Only the people can protect and defend Medicaid, Social Security, and Medicare by digging their heels in and saying over my dead body or yours and mean it.

You can't just allow all the babies born under the cover of Medicaid just hope to survive home delivery, 41% of the babies born in the US? You can't just roll all 10 million mentally and physically disabled people off their source of support and tell them good luck go fend for themselves? Really?

21.03.2025 10:28 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

No? You can't just wheel all the 79.3 million Medicaid recipients into the streets en mass when the checks stop and let them die of hunger and thirst denied their meds?
