This is such a good piece and such an interesting phenomenon. He looks healthy & happy in both pics, and it’s his body to wear how he likes. But it doesn’t surprise me at all that the male gaze and female gaze diverge so sharply on which photo is more appealing.
People are not obliged to care about whether or not their looks are appealing to mainstream heterosexuals. This guy might just enjoy his body like this! Good for him! What’s notable in the piece, though, is how angry some men get when most heterosexual women don’t accept their judgment, & why.
