Except for the words “…unjust and disproportionate removal…”, which clearly indicate where they’ve laid their blame.

I desperately hope I’m wrong, but watching the VP and Speaker leer while the House chuckles at Trump’s statement that the US is “going to get it, one way or the other we’re going to get it” looks and sounds like prewar prep.
