been following the project for years now, it's a standalone game with "mod" in the name kept from when it started as one and to standout from other games that are just called "momentum"

iirc, vq3 and cpma df started from the work of a single dev, similar with cs1.6kz with someone else, it's crazy

one thing I could think of is AltGr, which is what the right alt key actually is, if you have per chance accidentally changed windows keyboard and language settings that could affect the key not working

apparently windows recognises ctrl+alt as AltGr so that might explain the other shortcut working
