It contained some wildly misleading figures which spread to other newspapers.
I'm glad to say they've FINALLY been corrected. Here's what happened...๐งต

"Doing nothing about the real issues behind people's struggles, politicians like Starmer create & trap us on an 'island of strangers' โ a place not only of 'alien foreigners' but of Brits alienated from themselves & a political system of no use"

If Labour weren't such total cowards about Brexit, they could have diffused the row over immigration by pointing, again and again and again, at the graph that shows immigration skyrocketed immediately after the transition period ended.
Make "Brexit = v high levels of immigration" in peoples' minds.

Donald Trumpโs termination of Register of Copyrights, Shira Perlmutter, is a brazen, unprecedented power grab with no legal basis.
It's surely no coincidence he acted less than a day after she refused to rubber-stamp Elon Muskโs efforts to mine troves of copyrighted works to train AI models.
โThe firing of Register of Copyrights Shira Perlmutter came after Perlmutter and her office earlier this week issued part three of a lengthy report about artificial intelligence and expressed some concerns and questions about the usage of copyrighted materials by AI technology.โ

Relying on people to vote for you because "look at the alternative" has, repeatedly, been shown to put people off voting, meaning the "alternative" wins. Pandering to the "alternative", merely strengthens their argument, emboldens their supporters, and still puts more people off of voting for you.
