For my #FridayReads I’m starting a reread of Rust in the Root by Justina Ireland, one of my favorite reads of 2022. It’s an alternate magical history set in a fantasy Dust Bowl with a protagonist who just wants to be a baker and instead has to help investigate the horrifying magical Blight.
